RETURNS

PRATIMA Skincare may be eligible for a full refund if within 14 days of original purchase and have used less than 1/3 of the product. There is no refund for shipping costs, no exchanges, and we cannot accept any used or unused skincare products after 14 days.

Unopened herbs may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. Any opened or used herbs are not eligible for a return. Bio-magnetic products are final sale. There is no refund for shipping costs and we cannot accept any used or unused herbs after 14 days.

For returns, please send an email with your order number, items you are returning, and reason for return to info@pratimawellness.com. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) along with return instructions. You are welcome to use any mail provider of your choice. Your account will be refunded once we have received your return shipment.



FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS

If your product is missing or arrives damaged, immediately call or email info@pratimawellness.com to notify us. For damaged products, Do NOT discard the box nor any contents for possible carrier inspection. Failure to keep all contents of the package may invalidate a refund or replacement. 



LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package shows a carrier delivery confirmation but you are unable to locate it, please reach out immediately to: info@pratimawellness.com or call 855-PRATIMA (772-8462) and we will be able to assist you. Any order reported lost or missing 15 days after delivery receipt will not be eligible for a replacement, refund or resolution.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

We ship from New York City within 1-4 business days of your order confirmation. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. We are closed on weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email after placing your order. 

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING


FREE GROUND SHIPPING is offered on all orders over $125, not including sales tax. Free shipping offers are not valid for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico orders.

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING takes approximately 5–7 business days.*

OVERNIGHT AND SECOND DAY SHIPPING is available for an additional charge. These are considered Priority Orders and must be placed before 1pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.*

SHIPPING CHARGES  are based on package weight and delivery location. 

* Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.



PAYMENT METHODS

Pratimawellness.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

At this time, Pratimawellness.com cannot accept any credit gift cards. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.


 

SALES TAX

Pratimawellness.com is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York.

 

PRATIMA Points

Purchases made on PRATIMA Skincare products are eligible for PRATIMA Points earnings on pratimaskincare.com. Herbal Supplements are not eligible towards PRATIMA Points earnings.

PRATIMA Points rewards can only be redeemed on pratimaskincare.com.
